Attractors and Distractors

An attractor is generally considered to be anything at the target site which will attract your attention away from the target.

A distractor is generally considered to be anything in the area where you are doing the viewing session which will distract you from your viewing.
Both attractors and distractors ruin a session, simply by drawing the Viewer's attention away from the target.
